Gluten-free options
Our pilgrim’s dinner is naturally gluten-free (salad, homemade Valencian paella, dessert and wine — all ingredients are naturally gluten-free). The bread served at the table contains gluten; we’ll serve gluten-free bread separately at no extra cost if you let us know when booking or on arrival.
Vegetarian options
We cater for individual vegetarians. If you let us know at short notice, we’ll provide an alternative (salads, vegetables, pasta or omelettes, subject to availability). With 24 hours’ notice, we can prepare something a little more elaborate.

We cater for individual vegan diners. We recommend letting us know 24 hours in advance when booking so that we can prepare something suitable (vegan salad, vegetables, pulses). Without prior notice, we’ll provide salad and fruit, but the choice will be more limited.
