The area along the French Way
Sansol and Torres del Río are two neighbouring villages in the municipality of Navarra, in the Stage: Los Arcos – Logroño on the French Way. ‘Sansol’ comes first (6.5 km from Los Arcos), followed immediately by Torres del Río.

Do I need to book in advance?
During the high season (May to September), yes, it’s highly recommended. On our website Albergue Sansol, you can book online with real-time availability and pay in cash on arrival, with no intermediary fees.
Is Sansols before or after Los Arcos on the French Way?
Sansol It is just past Los Arcos. The distance between the two is 6.5 km. Many pilgrims walk the Estella–Sansolleg (27.5 km) rather than stopping at Los Arcos, in order to spread the distance to Logroño more evenly.
Which is the next village on the Camino after Sansol?
Torres del Río, just 500 metres from Sansol (a 5-minute walk). The next usual stop on the route is Viana (11 km from Sansol) and then Logroño (21 km from Sansol).
